Travis Bouffard
Owner & CEO
Travis Bouffard was born and raised in West Texas. He is married to Jenna, and together they have five children. His oldest son serves as an airman in the United States Air Force, while the other four children are students and proud members of the Lubbock Cooper Pirates.
Travis joined the Lubbock Fire Department in 2011 but discovered a passion for entrepreneurship. In 2016, he founded Southern Legacy Custom Homes, his first construction business. This new path led him to retire from the fire department in 2022 and launch Apex Concrete Coating. In 2023, he expanded further by founding Apex Designer Pools and Apex Design & Renovation.
Travis dreams of building the best general contracting business in Lubbock, Texas, and is committed to offering a top-tier experience for each of his customers. When not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys playing golf at Lakeridge Country Club.
